 • How long does the hair last?

Our hair is 100% virgin hair which can last up to 3 years+ with proper care.

• How many bundles do I need?

10”-16” = 2 bundles

18”-20” = 2-3 bundles

22”-30” = 3-4 bundles

• How long is shipping?

Please allow 48 hours for processing. Shipping is typically 5 Business Days. We can not control any delays caused by the post office. Once your order is shipped we are no longer responsible. You may contact your local post office with your tracking number regarding any delays.

• Do you offer pickups?

Yes pickups are available for items on hand and pre-order items. Please allow up to five business days for pre-order pickup items to be ready. We offer two pickup locations. One in Belleville, Michigan and the other in Detroit, Michigan.

• Can the hair be dyed and bleached?

Yes! Our hair can be dyed and bleached. Coloring service is available. We offer all colors.

• Are your wigs glueless?

The answer is yes! All wigs can be worn glueless or applied with lace adhesive/lace tape. All wigs come pre-plucked.
